Shipping

We process your orders as quickly as we can and usually within 2-5 working days of you placing an order.

This could be longer during busier periods and does not include bank holidays.

Made to order items will take longer to process and we will be in touch to provide you with a timeline after receiving your order.

You will be notified when your order is shipped and on its way to you!

Orders up to the value of £79.99 will be charged a UK Shipping rate of £5.99 per order. There may be times when special promotions allow for shipping costs to be waived.

Currently, orders of £80 and over have free shipping. This is subject to change at any time without notice.

We currently offer international shipping to the USA, Canada and countries within the European Union. Shipping to the USA or EU countries is priced at £19.99 but may change in the future.

Please allow additional time for processing and delivery of international orders as they may have a higher risk of delay. 

The nature of the products we create, international shipping policies and restrictions mean that we cannot currently ship to every country. We may consider adding other countries in the future.

Please contact us via email at orders@hellopumpkin.co.uk if your parcel hasn't arrived within 5 days of shipping notification. Please allow up to 14 days, if you are ordering from outside of the UK.

Please have your order details ready and include them in your email so that we can check your order status.
